Chandrashekhar Moreshwar Tilak is a former Vice-President at NSDL. He completed his degree education at Mulund College of Commerce. He has been associated with Central Government Annual Budget Analysis since 1988. After working 22 years with the National Securities Depository System, he retired in May 2020.
